On 6 Jun 10, Tracy and I made our annual pilgrimage up to the Granddaddy Lakes trailhead
so that she could move rocks off the road from the winter avalanches. Don't ask...she's crazy,
I think. But it's something she has to do every year! This year I decided to brave the snow on
the trail, and we did about a mile and a half up the trail. Usually we are the first ones of the
year to make it up there, but this year someone beat us up there by a couple of hours, so we
were able to follow their post-holing in the snow. It was good to be back in the mountains.
