The weekend of 15 Sep 07, Tracy and I headed to Rock Creek (Google Map) in the High
Uintas Wilderness. We wanted to hike to Squaw Basin, but I wasn't feeling too well, and fall
always makes me want to sit down and enjoy the mountains more than actually hike them, so
we only hiked about 5 miles in, and set up camp in a meadow. The aspen were already
starting to change in a lot of places, so that was nice. Stillwater Reservoir was almost
completely dried up, which was really weird. This was mostly an uneventful hike with some
nice fall weather. What more could you ask for?
