The weekend of 20 Jan 07, Tracy and I took a drive down to St. George, UT.  Our biggest reason for

going there was the temperature in Utah had not exceeded 26 degrees in almost 3 weeks, and St.

George was the only place for 300 miles in any direction that was supposed to be above freezing that

weekend.  So we headed to the warmth.  I also wanted to check out some possible bike trails.  We

found some good bike trails, and we tried hiking a little in Zion, but the roads to the trails I wanted to

check out were closed from snow.  But we had a nice weekend.  We did spend about an hour in the

Twilight Zone.  If you're familiar with any towns near St George, then you can probably figure out what

I'm talking about.  But I can honestly say that I was little freaked out over this particular "Twilight

Zone."
